cooking with BEER

I love cooking, I love drinking beer, and I love matching food and beer together, so for me there was a next fun step: beer in the food.

 

In Cooking with Beer, I came up with around 70 recipes for using beer in the kitchen. There are dishes for a lazy hangover brunches featuring a beer-cured bacon sandwich and Hefeweizen French toast. Snacks are covered with… you know what, I’m just going to post the contents page below so you can see everything that’s in there. EAT MORE BEER!
